Noticing is delicious too, ennit? I haven't read the book, but I imagine that language is very much a part of the m-phield.

The sweet potato I want to wash is the imagery and language around binge/deprivation. What if the "last supper" is a farewell, a bon voyage and celebration for an adventure where less is more? What if instead of deprivation it's an exercise of exquisite attention to food and how you receive it in your body?
