Maintain. Don’t Gain. is based on Moira Mallison’s Authentic Body Coaching program – designed to help you learn to own the glory of your own body and the magnificence of your soul.

What is Authentic Body Coaching?

Authentic Body Coaching is the radical act of learning to trust yourself and live fully in your miraculous body. Whether you want to lose weight, get and stay healthy, or make radical changes, coaching provides the support and accountability for you to achieve your goals and step into your life.

It’s based on four key practices designed to help you transform and balance your life. We’re never done with these practices, because as we continue to practice, our experience deepens and becomes richer, expansive and nourishing.

  • Eat what nourishes and delights you – Learning that eating wholesome, delicious foods is a nurturing, healing choice.  And that occasional treats are okay too.
  • Savor your food –  Start engaging as many bodily senses as you can to full experience the meals you eat.
  • Know when enough is enough   - It’s not just about stopping when you’ve satisfied your hunger. It’s also to help you get curious about the topic of “what is enough?”
  • Eat to fuel your body  - Learning to balance signals from your body that you’re hungry – with the fact that your body really does need fuel

This is the foundation of what you can expect to learn – and discuss – with the Maintain Don’t Gain coaching group.

Who is Moira Mallison?

Moira is the creator, coach and cheerleader for the Authentic Body Project. While her story is unique, it probably shares similarities with your life, too. Here is what Moira has to say:
